Our MP Contract Flooring Service Department is not a collection of part time sales or administrative associates. They are full time associates dedicated to resolving floor covering related performance issues.

Simply follow these steps:

2. Provide the consumer’s name, address and phone number.
3. Include your order or invoice number (if you cannot locate, provide lot #, builder, etc.)
4. Provide a brief description of the problem.
