HOW TO REQUEST SERVICE

Simply follow these steps:

Contact MP Contract Flooring’s Service Department by phone or email.

Provide the consumer’s name, address and phone number.
Include your order or invoice number (if you cannot locate, provide lot #, builder, etc.)
Provide a brief description of the problem
An MP Contract Flooring representative will contact you within 24 business hours.
